Mrs. Olivas wasn’t with me for a majority of the process so it’s not really fair to give outstanding marks for other peoples work. We probably weren’t the easiest customers to deal with mainly because of the underwriting department continually requesting the same documents numerous times. Sandra was always professional and maintained her “cool” through the whole ordeal. She is certainly an asset to the Pennymac team.
I have been working with Pennymac since 2014 for our home purchase in South Fl. My experience has been so good, that I continued to work with them on my most recent home purchase in Tallahassee. I opted for a VA loan. They are very knowledgeable and were able to secure a very good rate, even in this climate. If/when we purchase in the future, I will work with them again.
