Overall this was a fast easy and clearly explained experience. Everyone I talk to is very kind and helpful with all my questions. I really appreciate Penny MAC and all of their employees for making this not stressful.
More advance notice of loan requirements is necessary. My questions were only ever answered when I called in an spoke to a random person; none of my assigned loan advisors or processors were helpful in any way and merely regurgitated information rather than researching requirements. I would not go through the purchase experience with Pennymac again.
Our experience with Pennymac and Tanairy Rodriguez of the Mac team was wonderful.Tanairy is very knowledgeable,helpful,was able to answer all our questions,she is very calm and professional.purchasing a home can be very a very stressful process,Tanairy make me feel at ease.THANK YOU TANAIRY RODRIGUEZ. Better communication. Tyra was extremely short and did not communicate effectively or efficiently. Several times she requested an HO6 report which I provided along with all the condo documents. I had to dig deep to find out exactly what was required from another processor. The phone number she provided was not her number and when it was required to contact her, I was never able to. I love the experience Peter and the PennyMac team gave me, easy process throughout.
The document requests for my particular loan were challenging and I seemed to always get someone else when trying to clarify. We got it so all is good just frustrating.
Paulette walked us through great communications
The underwriting took longer than expected. Asked for too many individual documents instead of just asking for copies of our income tax returns.
