Our experience with refinancing with PennyMac was seamless and easy. Paulette Wiley and Will Langhagen did an exceptional job and were amazing to work with. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!!!!!!!
Ask for documentation all at once instead of piecemeal. One minute told no further documents needed and then by the afternoon more was being requested. Was told a mobile notary could be used but failed to inform that there would be a charge for that. Ended up traveling to the office for closing.
Make it easier to get a hold of the people you’re dealing with “directly” A quicker response to emails would be good!
