Very friendly, helped solve problems and checked in regularly. Made the entire process smooth and worry free.
From the first time I talked to Will to Jason (notary public), I could not ask for a smoother transaction. Ivonne kept me up to date n the process and made sure if I had any questions to answer them. PennyMac has great people working for them.

I'm big on communication and feel it could have been conveyed a little better. I think what some industry people forget, is that many people buying a home isn't nearly as familiar with the process and jargon. We bought a home 1 year ago, and the communications were more proactive complete (almost as if they were walking us through every step). Super easy to apply and go through the process. Gets back to you in a timely manor. We got our first home loan and they helped with getting us the amount we needed. They made the process fast and answered the questions we had. They also helped us get good deals with the programs they have set up.
We had a great experience! Travis and Jamie stayed on top of everything and kept me informed. And never seemed bothered by my emails regarding changes and updates.
I’ve had great assurance and interactions from pennymac in the past. This is why I was all on board refinancing with them. 5 stars.
