Clear and timely responses
Kaitlyn stayed on top on things.
The process was extremely easy and time frame to close was awesome. There was a mix up on the email communication but it was rectified and cleared up. Kaitlyn called me and apologized for the situation and let me know all communications would go through her directly to make me feel more comfortable. I appreciate her clear communication and ability to listen when I had questions.

Easy, fast and convenient
1) We had multiple people calling, requesting the same info 2) The day before closing I was sent a rude email (2:30pm ) requesting bank info for my business. It said "Having trouble verifying your business is operating and open" What steps were taken before the afternoon before closing to verify my successful business of 18 years was operating?
