Questionable lender. My loan officer was fantastic, but it took a couple tries to get the right one. Latrice did everything for me that she could, just had a rough experience with every party involved. She was the only helpful person throughout the entire process. I would recommend her.

Pay Off funds need to be done electronically NOT by paper checks. It will take Weeks now to process all the pay off funds. The loan officer at the time of our application told the pay off accounts would be done for us !!!!! NOT TRUE
Everything went very smoothly. Even closed earlier than expected.
Great service. Quick and responsive to questions. Closed on schedule. Only negative was on timely disbursement on the cash-out of the refinance. Not really a PennyMac function but provided timely response when asked for contact info for responsible party.
Documents portal made everything much easier than previous experiences.

The payoff to all credit cards and loans would have great to have them deal with it directly instead of us having to send it individually. One of the check the was disbursed to us to pay a loan is now needing to get reprinted due to the creditor place requesting check payments to be made to a different place. We will now have to go back to PennyMac to send the title place new instructions of how to cut the check.
