It was simple and straightforward.
This is my second experience with PennyMac and both have been excellent. Nancy was so easy to speak with and made sure I understood what she needed and was very prompt in getting back to me. My loan closed on time and everything was I expected. I do not know how much easier it could have been.
Great experience
Mathew Musonda was great and answered all my questions. really made the experience. I only know this Ammie Mack from her pushing me to take this survey and her slightly rude explanation of my loan amount when she called to redundantly go over the same information Mathew Musonda went over with me. She seemed more confused about the loan than I did. So to wrap up, If this Ammie Mack hadn't been part of this experience it would have been a better one.
the process was clear with only one hiccup and it was cleared up right away.
Felt like a long period of time waiting on final loan docs and the overall closing was a bit confusing. But overall was good.
Overall a great experience and very straight forward.

I wish you would’ve called my creditors closer to closing to get accurate payoff amounts I am receiving checks for credits got the balances I already paid off and I have to send them checks and wait to get reimbursed it from them
