I told them from the beginning that was not a tech/email savvy person. The back and forth phone calls was ridiculous. I hardly ever got to speak to the same person. When I would call either of the contact people that I was supposed to be dealing with it, would take forever for a return phone call. As I was waiting for a call back, I would receive multiple emails from other people at PennyMac which made the process very confusing.

To have less people handle the process so customer doesn't have to repeat what was told by other representatives. One agent asked for one thing and said they would check into it and another agent would repeat what the previous agent stated. Making the process longer than necessary.
