We were very unhappy with the appraiser that was originally sent out who greatly undervalued our home and cost us quite a bit of money on our cash out refinance. Even when we were able to prove that things were inaccurate or left off the appraisal we were told that the review team would not allow us another appraisal or re-evaluate what had been sent in.

The customer service was great and they kept me up updated the whole time through the process and were available to answer any questions I had.
