Point blank, Ivonne was extremely difficult to work with. Her requests were not clear or precise and on more than one occasion, she would contact us towards the end of business day EST requesting further documents when the business the document is needed from is already closed and/or a Fri and we would then have to wait until Mon to get what was being requested. Great job!
The only complaint I have is the automated emails tell me I needed to do something that was already done. Ivone and Ashley did good work. It is your IT department that needs improvement.
Questionable lender. My loan officer was fantastic, but it took a couple tries to get the right one. Latrice did everything for me that she could, just had a rough experience with every party involved. She was the only helpful person throughout the entire process. I would recommend her.
Faiza was outstanding to work with. We had to deliver on an extremely aggressive timeline to close and we could not have gotten it done without Faiza and the rest of PennyMac. She was a fantastic partner, gave us a lot of comfort throughout the process, and was absolutely on top of everything from start to finish. We had a great experience with Faiza and PennyMac. It would be a pleasure to do it all again!

Pay Off funds need to be done electronically NOT by paper checks. It will take Weeks now to process all the pay off funds. The loan officer at the time of our application told the pay off accounts would be done for us !!!!! NOT TRUE
Documents portal made everything much easier than previous experiences.
