The communication from start to closing was exceptional
Anna was terrific!!! Professional, knowledgeable and very efficient! My closing could not have gone more smoothly and Anna is the reason! I was delighted with the whole process start to finish.
It’s was easy!
The problem with the "appraisal wavier" was on going for a few weeks! It took two months from my first received email regarding our credit scores to closing. I feel like that was an extremely long time. But, paulette was very apologetic and understanding our frustration and, worked hard to get the ball rolling faster.
Nancy was great but my total experience with PennyMac was not great. It took 5 months and several really bad things happen that not only took to much time but also cost me more money in the end.
Better communication between PannyMac and Title company.
Marcia did great. Want that stated right out of the gate. The issues I had were with whoever else is behind the scenes. Lack of communication between departments was a huge gap. When I was to initially close, the notary never showed. I called, was told to hang tight and they would get someone out. 2 hours later, I call again, same thing. Call again as its getting close to 5pm est. The person was helpful and told me they cancelled my closing the previous friday. No one told me. This was great experience from start to finish. The communication and directions of what to do were super clear and easy to follow. The portal made it super easy to upload the requested documents. Highly recommend Pennymac
