Experience was great!
Everything went great & Chaix & the team communicated clearly & promptly. My main issues were with the closing team not responding to the title company & having 2 incorrect charges assigned to me - the title company helped to get this corrected.
I worked with Several people. All were knowledgeable and answered my questions promptly. I only have one complaint. No one ever advised that my husband had to be there for closing. He is not involved with my mortgage or title. His name is not on this house. Luckily he happened to be home early from work. We were able to close.

Very easy process, clear communication, a few glitches with the website but recovered fairly quickly. We appreciate the convenience of the mobile notary as well. Overall we had a pleasant experience.
