The overall communication and education throughout the process was a constant. I did not feel like any ol customer or just a number. I felt appreciated as a customer and cared for each step of the way!

Working with Pennymac, specifically Jamie Wright was a pleasure. Answered or returned my calls quickly. Extremely knowledgeable and friendly. The entire process felt like it was being handled by a friend who truly had my best interest in mind. I would definitely recommend.

I told them from the beginning that was not a tech/email savvy person. The back and forth phone calls was ridiculous. I hardly ever got to speak to the same person. When I would call either of the contact people that I was supposed to be dealing with it, would take forever for a return phone call. As I was waiting for a call back, I would receive multiple emails from other people at PennyMac which made the process very confusing.
