Better communication from the lender
I don’t want to write a review.
The process started off great with Donald, he explained the loan process and what the expectation was. When contacted by Barry, he too explained the process but did not provide a direct contact number or email until much later in the loan process. This was an initial request from me to Barry upon our first conversation.
Ask the same document multiple times my closing took longer than expected plus I was given this information

Excellent communication from start to finish. All aspects of the loan process took place exactly as they were promised. Would not hesitate to use penny Mac again for future deals.
Process was clear and closing time was good
Overall very good people and easy process
The process went well with the exception of My phone and email messages not being returned. I sent in the evidence needed for a new CD due to a creditor being paid off in full but never received call back. The closing documents were in accurate and now I have to wait for a refund of that money. I Had to contact a loan specialist for the second time who turned out being excellent. That’s my only complaint. It’s important for the customer to receive a reply to email inquiries/or phone calls
