TOO many requests for same information previously sent!! Not understanding retired military don’t receive a monthly pay statement. No apparent understanding of military disability pay. BNT required us to sign a lien document but person in charge of that didn’t know why (we don’t have any liens on this house-or any house we’ve owned. We signed it, later said we didn’t have to sign it-no lien. It appeared to me that there was a lack of communication in the organization.
