Lack of follow up as promised, multiple requests for information that was incorrect from Penny Mac. Late request as to put pressure on applicant.

It was a great experience
The entire mortgage process was smooth and prompt. Everyone was very knowledgeable and answered every question I had with no problem. This is my second mortgage with Pennymac and if I have another I will continue to use their services
Tynisha was great person to talk on the phone . Answer all my questions that I ask and she very patient with me because I’m not a computer person
