Everything was communicated and professionally
The whole process was easy and moved even faster than I expected. The loan officer we had was great to answer questions and when unavailable was always fast to respond back with requested information. I was contacted regularly regarding where the process stood and always felt in the know.

Overall it was a great experience for us.
Overall my experience was great. The only glitch was that some documents were requested more than once. And some documents were self explanatory and required multiple additional documents to clarify.
At first I was a little lost and confused but once things got moving and explained I was able to understand. The company took good care of me and worked above and beyond to help.
