The Loan Officer and the loan process went very well. Everything was thoroughly explained and I was kept aware of each step along the way. I was actually surprised that my re-fi closed within 15 days!
Brittany was amazing te entire time. For the most part Dominique was pretty great too. The rest of the team was absolutely terrible. They caused an immense amount of confusion and turmoil. Honestly, I don't think I will ever use PennyMac after this.
