I am being asked to review Brianna Koke which to my knowledge I never interacted with. I received lots of emails from different people and didn't find consistant help. Pascal did the most for me but I really only heard from him during the intitial paperwork.

Cesar and Kristie, as well as everyone else we spoke with, were knowledgeable, had good communication, were informative, and professional. We had previously started an application with another company and they were very pushy and much less professional. We were so glad to stay with PennyMac since we've always had good experiences for the past 7 years with 2 refinances.
