Andy was very thorough in his communication of the process and the expectations. He followed up with me weekly and answered any and all of my questions.
I got verbal confirmation on Rate and Points before and after Locking the rate. After waiting 5 days I got Multiple incorrect Closing disclosures with different fees and points. Fees and points were changed on my Closing disclosures after locking my rate. Very slow to answer, nor the loan officer or processor answered the phone. I had to escalate, call managers and get updates of the process via support agent.
