Good communication and information provided through the process
A little miscommunication. At one point I did the repairs for the appraisal that was requested and I was told I had to get into contact with the appraiser myself and wasted almost 3 weeks trying to contact him and get him back out when it was supposed to be you guys contacting them to reschedule and verify that the repairs were done.
