Tanairy was pretty darn good. The rest of the experience was NOT very good. Example: the underwriter waiting until the day before closing to look at the file and have more questions. NOT OK. Inability to float rate down, not impressed. I don’t think I would use PennyMac for a mortgage for a new purchase again.

Easy, fast and convenient
1) We had multiple people calling, requesting the same info 2) The day before closing I was sent a rude email (2:30pm ) requesting bank info for my business. It said "Having trouble verifying your business is operating and open" What steps were taken before the afternoon before closing to verify my successful business of 18 years was operating?
