ANNA was great. The processing people making sure we had all the 'I's" doted and the "T's" crossed, were the ones not in touch with who does what and that the buyer is responsible for certain forms, the seller had other things and making a cheat sheet to give to each one would have very helpful. I got email for forms that the seller needed to complete sending me into a panic especially the week of closing. But Anna got us all of the info and got us on the straight and narrow. I never got to speak to just one person every time I called I had to talk to a different person that didn’t seem to know what was going on with my loan.
