Tyra, Paul and Sevak have been a great pleasure to work with. Very informative, detailed and understanding. The process had minor miscommunication between departments on the necessary documents. Personally I like to work with 1 person and sometimes you get multiple people where repeating information happened often. But all named above always responded rather quickly.

There was a mistake on nearly every step of the process. Tyra and Jessica were horrible at communicating and were not aware of the status of my loan any time I asked. Took the joy out of buying my first home.

The only communication I had was through the website. Every time I called I got a different person and a different answer to the same question.

Rosario was on vacation the first ten days of my loan application. I’m not sure why I was paired with someone who was not available. When she came back, it often took 2+ days to get an email response. Most of my answers came from calling in and speaking to other reps. I have had a loan and a refi with penny Mac before. They were my first option this time. I was repeatedly disappointed and I’m not sure if I would recommend them anymore. I’m not sure why Rosario couldn’t help me when she was assigned to me. My only complaint is that I couldn't close sooner due to rules I'm my state but other than that everyone was great and the paperwork was clear and seamless. Thanks
