It was a really good experience work with Barry, he kept me up todate every step of the way, and when ever something was need he took the time to explain what it was if I needed clarification.
Great experience from start to finish!
Initial communication with PennyMac was great (the first 14 days or so). After that the only communication was from the portal requesting documents. If I were not technology literate I would not have been able to upload and work through that process alone. In the final days leading up to closing it was a challenge to communicate with the PennyMac team. We did not get everything approved until 45 minutes prior to our closing time. Your loan officers are great to deal with. Very informative and easy to reach.
Pennymac worked with me to get the best interest rate. We had some hiccups along the way, nothing to do with them it was a siding issue. The way they worked with me on it though was amazing!
It was a great experience because everyone I spoke to was kind, knowledgeable and professional. I asked a lot of questions and they were answered without judgement or annoyance.
PennyMac was pretty straightforward with the information needed for the loan process. I was anxious due to the "situation," but they helped ease some of the anxiety going forward. I have a few issues with some things, but that is my opinion. So, I give them a pretty good recommendation. They helped me to the finish line. Thanks!
