Linda was amazing, clear communication and answered all my questions quickly. PennyMac was easy to work with, all documents were easy to read and the explanations of the steps were always given to me.
Better communication by ACTUALLY following up. I had to contact the VA because Veronica was too complacent. She also assumed out Agent was talking to Title even though Veronica never told my agent to do that. She had poor communication practices and did not follow up on our days we were suppose to. Luckily, I intervened so we could make our closing date.
It was great.
Had a great experience and would absolutely use again!
