I understand process should take about 30 days, mine took longer than that from what I was told was on your end and not mine. As for pay off’s, we’re inaccurate and know I have to pay the difference. If this would of been done more on time it would of been good. I’m just glad this process is over and I can move on.

We have had Penny Mac as our mortgage provider for years and they have never disappointed us with their knowledge and customer service clearly apparent with Andy and Danielle initially. We have had several mortgage lenders over the years but none better than Penny Mac which is why we went with them again to refinance instead of the many other companies trying to get our business.

The first person we talked to, Jake Snyder, was GREAT! So patient, knowledgeable, and ensured we understood what to expect. He even checked in a few times after the initial conversation to make sure all went well. I feel like we talked to multiple people afterword, everyone we spoke to was nice and helpful.
