Everyone was knowledgeable and friendly and responded timely.
Grace did a decent job as our loan processor, but I feel that she was up against forces beyond her control. My issues come down to a number of points: 1. I was asked for documents multiple times, or asked for information that had already been supplied via other means (ie loan application, documents provided to the loan officer, etc). 2. Sometimes after submitting a document, I would get a message a week later that something on the document was incorrect (a missing signature, etc) or that further information was needed. Our experience with PENNYMAC was outstanding. We will be referring friends and family and will Most definitely use you again for future purchases. Grace was amazing. She is very knowledgeable and helpful and has a great calm personality.

Quick and easy process. Friendly and Knowledgeable Staff.
They fail to communicate there errors to me. I tried many & many times to reach Brianna & the lender. I was just told they would follow up with me which they never did. I’m very happy at myself for carefully reviewing the CD & noticing the errors. At one point I was going to cancel loan if they didn’t follow up with me. Overall I wasn’t satisfied. I would not recommend PennyMac to anyone.
