Joselyn made the most impact out of the whole PennyMac teammates I have dealt with in the past 10/10 she is a keeper! For someone as busy as I am, she really went the extra mile. I’m not sure what y’all’s core values are but I bet she meets all of them!

Quick and easy process. Friendly and Knowledgeable Staff.
They fail to communicate there errors to me. I tried many & many times to reach Brianna & the lender. I was just told they would follow up with me which they never did. I’m very happy at myself for carefully reviewing the CD & noticing the errors. At one point I was going to cancel loan if they didn’t follow up with me. Overall I wasn’t satisfied. I would not recommend PennyMac to anyone.
