Communication were excellent. Everything went smooth.
Took many attempts to get closing disclosures updated with new purchase price. Repeated coordination was necessary, and communication between loan officer and My Mac Team appeared to be lacking.
Everything happened quickly and within the time frame I was told it would happen.
Rosario Lopez and the entire PennyMac team including Sevak Bazikyan and Letisia Gonzales were excellent. We will certainly recommend PennyMac to our family members, friends, and neighbors. Thank you all for the great experience.
