My experience with Pennymac has been great. I would recommend them to my closest friends.
1) We had multiple people calling, requesting the same info 2) The day before closing I was sent a rude email (2:30pm ) requesting bank info for my business. It said "Having trouble verifying your business is operating and open" What steps were taken before the afternoon before closing to verify my successful business of 18 years was operating?
