Eric Haywood was by far the easiest person to deal with. He explained everything clearly and promptly responded to my emails and phone calls. By far the best experience I’ve had with a mortgage process.
There was a handful of things I was unsure about the entire time, like what exactly was needed of me... also questions that were email and never replied to... an entire document was missing from my closing and I had to meet up again... I love Pennymac but this was a process!

This has been a great Mortgage company.
Working with Sarah and Lori was amazing. Our loan got complicated because we kept making changes with our 1031 exchange but Sarah and Lori were there every step of the way making sure what we needed was taken care of. We couldn't have asked for better people to work with!
