It felt like there were too many cooks in the kitchen. I was being requested to submit the same documents many times over. We closed later than planned (still waiting on the $1000 that was promised for closing late). During this transaction it felt everyone was blaming each other for hold up. Agents blaming agents and lenders, lending waiting on the abstracts, everything. It was just a messy transaction. Suzanne explained everything in a clear and easy manner so that I understood everything that I was signing. She answered every question I had until I was completely sure of the answer as a matter of fact she even had me explain the answer back to her so she knew I did understand.
