I received request for the same documents through electronic notification, not the individuals helping me. We did not close on time due to appraisal company.

Great staff and friendly people
I had to call to confirm documents were sent. I also had to forward the same documents more than once. Furthermore, I had to call more than once and email about getting my appraisal deposit back. Other than that, it was a great experience.
Explain started off with a gentleman named Matt Gillespie you walk me through gave me my hives and lows my in between so I just standing past me on to the next person and they can see the lookout for my best interest experience
