Patience is a virtue, many people these days don't have much. Russ and Ruben were awesome! I can be a hard person to deal with sometimes, but these guys didn't waiver at all. They knew their s*** and answered all my questions. They even helped to lower some of the fees, just plain Awesome!
The representatives that we interacted with were amazing! Always there to answer our questions and help with anything we needed.
The online portal accuracy can improve and overall communication and response time from the loan officer.

The request for more information came from lean folks - not Edna - she did her best to work with us and kept us up to date - the additional documents delayed closing from 7/12 to 7/23- again no fault of Edna. We have used Pennymac 3 years and will continue to use :)

Working with Sarah and Lori was amazing. Our loan got complicated because we kept making changes with our 1031 exchange but Sarah and Lori were there every step of the way making sure what we needed was taken care of. We couldn't have asked for better people to work with!
