Make sure that the documents that the person sends to you that update information for credit payoff and escrow amounts are correct before the DC is signed. I forwarded the county escrow estimate for my home before the closing and the closing documents were not correct. I also would have asked for $1000 more had I known what the "cash back" amount would have been before all those documents were finalized. It wasn't Yester's fault, she had the documents. It was the loan finalizer that should have corrected the information.

Anna was through and followed up with any questions I asked in a timely manner. She went above and beyond to gather information which was not exactly in her line of work but she did it so that I can make a timely decision.
