Honestly I chose 'great' because there were only 3 choices and the next one said something like 'just ok'. I felt like it should rate a little higher than that. I got through it and we closed so I'm happy. Some of the requirements changed during the process. Some of the requests were ridiculous. After faxing in an actual signature that document never got checked 'completed' so it showed up as a task needed on every email.
