Clear communication. Not having to send the same documents more than once.
Destini was awesome, she made the experience very easy and her communication is great.
Everyone that I dealt with was very knowledgeable and professional. All of my questions were answered in a timely manner and I loved working with them.
No communication for a week when documents needed to be submitted but noone opened the portal on my end, employment verification was drawn out and time consuming. No welcome call or weekly update calls. Closing was over 2 weeks late.
Made it very easy to refinance.
They did a good job
We were asked to submit documents over and over, even though they had been sent. We probably sent one document at least 4 times.
I only spoke to Darcel twice. I got more information from Katia, who essentially explained she was just a sales person to me. At the end of my loan I emailed Darcel and got no response. I’ve heard from her more about taking this survey then providing any help with my loan experience.
My only complaint is that I couldn't close sooner due to rules I'm my state but other than that everyone was great and the paperwork was clear and seamless. Thanks
