More clarity of communication about required documentation in a timely fashion and if documentation wasn’t accurate or correct more timely and clear communication about it, especially when the loan team understood the requested time frame and all parties (realtor / borrower / seller) we’re trying to resolve in a timely fashion and not hold needs until 2 days prior to closing.
Too many people answering questions with a noth knowing what b have told you.
