Not having to do so much paperwork for stuff that really doesn’t matter. Agents knew the expected timeframe to close and yet I still had to get bank statements 3 different times.

My experience was great because I was able to accomplish mostly everything from my home it really didn’t take along time everyone was very helpful and didn’t mind answering my questions or taking calls someone was always there.

Cesar actually had to save the day multiple time. My loan officer Ashleigh stopped returning my calls and left me out to dry the last 3 weeks of trying to sort out the paperwork. Till this day I still never heard from her which made me extremely nervous with trust Pennymac to manage my refinance. She wasn’t responding at all to anyone including Ceasar when he would reach out for my case. She had no interest in getting me to closing. Ceasar kept me from walking away many times.

The whole experience from first conversation with Jeremy to finalizing with Cesar were clear, precise and on time. If I had a question I would email and have an answer within a reasonable amount of time.
