Not having to do so much paperwork for stuff that really doesn’t matter. Agents knew the expected timeframe to close and yet I still had to get bank statements 3 different times.

Linda was thorough, detail oriented, and remarkably professional. If there was a question that she didn't have an answer to she was quick to say that, then quicker to find an answer and relay that information to me. The only issue was I kept receiving several emails requesting documents that had already been uploaded even after Ammie would check and confirm nothing was needed.
