Overall the experience was more than unpleasant. From day one, our loan was set up to fail on delivering. When spoken to about locking in the interest rate and setting a closing date, Bethany, informed us to set it at June 30th since that is the end of the 45 day lock-in period and it was a safe bet. This was even though we told her the house was scheduled to be finished on June 22nd and our AirBnb ended on June 27th, she said it would not be an issue to close early. Linda was wonderful and very organized
Linda was great. She called when she said she was going to and let me know what to expect next. She even escalated the final steps of closing to a supervisor (without me saying a word), because she felt the process was taking too long. Thanks again Linda!

Jessica Raynor was fine, and no issues with the service she provided. My Loan Officer told me there wasn't going to be a hard inquiry on my credit, yet there was. He told me there wasn't a need to do all this extra paper work because of the VA IRRL, which would make it quick. It was no different than any other loan and I should have shopped around. He didn't disclose the origination fee when we first talked about the quote, and then told me to not pay attention to any disclosures as they were "just estimates" and were all... read more
