Everyone was helpful,efficient, and very easy to talk and answer all questions. I have always experienced nothing but the very best fron PennyMan. Thank you for making a dream come to life.
The communication was very poor throughout the process. Multiple documents were requested more than once. Documents would be requested and they would have the documents but apparently not take the time to see they had them. I was already a current customer and if we hadn't had a difficult time finding a home I would have absolutely backed out and went with another lender. This process was the absolute worst and more painful than Unmedicated child birth.
