Documents were requested multiple times. When asked for clarification, it took numerous attempts to get an answer. When I did get an answer, it was typically from a new person than I had already worked with and they had little to no knowledge of the process or my information up until that point. Additionally, I received different answers from different people. When given a "follow-up date" on which I was told to expect a call, that rarely happened on the date mentioned. This was the fastest and cleanest refinances I've ever done! The entire team was very responsive.
JP was very helpful with clearing up the duplicate requests for information. If he had not cleared them up my answers would be very different.
