In my humble opinion, that level of professionalism is extraordinary today.
I am very pleased at how my refinancing went. I was able to consolidate all my debt into one low payment. Being a recent widow and paying on my husband medical bills was leaving me living pay check to pay check and sinking fast. PennyMac changed all this. I will be able to breath much more easily. The whole process went quickly and easily. It was done all from my home. Job well done everyone
The process took too long, and i had to keep calling or sending emails to get info. More frequent updates and would be good. 5 days should not pass before reaching out to the customer to ensure everything is ok and understood.
Working with PMAC team was a great experience. Cesear and Nick made sure I received enough financing for my home project. I’m so happy! Renovation start in September!!!😁
