All agents should be requesting the same things and be more timely with the process. If I want it to go as fast as possible I need to submit my documents ASAP but it takes a week or more for them to review them. Why ask for one document at a time? Why not ask for everything you would need to complete the process up front? The employment verification was more than that. It asked what was my raise expected to be?
