Everyone was courteous and professional. I was well informed and confident of what was going on during each step of the process which I really appreciated.
The title company was terrible to deal with, items were missing from my closing, I actually just canceled it today and went with another company. The homeowners insurance being in the process of changing really seemed to be a struggle for most to understand though they were both very clear.
I will continue my relationship with PENNYMAC until my loan is paid off and refer my friends and associates.
