Very helpful and understanding, helped me push my closing to an earlier date. Made all the documents that come with closing, an easier process.
The weekly check-ins from Edna kept us informed about the movement of the process. It is really important that you work with the same person throughout the process, especially if there is a glitch in the process. You want to deal with that with the same representative.
