I was able to close on time and buy down my rate at costs much lower than most places. The communication part once sent to under writing was a little rocky. I didn’t know what to do at some points and documentation required. It was a little frustrating because there is nobody to call or talk too. Just an email to send in. Once it got closer to closing Everything was going a lot smoother. Communication was happening and reassurance. Overall it was pretty good and easy and fast.

Ask for documentation all at once instead of piecemeal. One minute told no further documents needed and then by the afternoon more was being requested. Was told a mobile notary could be used but failed to inform that there would be a charge for that. Ended up traveling to the office for closing.
