The weekly check-ins from Edna kept us informed about the movement of the process. It is really important that you work with the same person throughout the process, especially if there is a glitch in the process. You want to deal with that with the same representative.
Service received was great. One mistake on the paperwork but was corrected
We paid off our second mortgage a year ago and it was still not applied in our account. Our closing was delayed over a week due to having to get it fixed internally.
