Polite, professional service
It was Great.
We paid off our second mortgage a year ago and it was still not applied in our account. Our closing was delayed over a week due to having to get it fixed internally.
Working with pennymac exceed my expectations. All deadlines were met, and the rates were extremely competitive. There were a few hiccups during the document gathering process but overall they were sorted and the closing date was not effected. The mortgage team handling my loan definitely made an effort to help me whenever needed. I would 100% recommend them for conventional and VA loan applications.
