I was very pleased with the first lady I talked with, Kathy but Edna seemed to not be as well informed about what was going on with my loan when she would call me! I had to send employment verification 2 or 3 times and she said I would need a witness at final signing and I did not! Overall she was nice & polite but just not well informed I felt. Kat Runyon

Too many people in the loop and out of the loop. I received contradictory information through the entire process. Not really any individual’s fault but still extremely frustrating.

From the start I was informed as to what to expect, possible time involvement in processing information and had consistent contact with one or more members of PennyMac. The closing documents were sent to me approximately 4 to 5 times with no changes. I do believe this may have been a computer error. I did email and report this issue but did not hear back. All in all I am very pleased with my experience.
