I want my mortgage to be lower than the old mortgage. But after they paid some bills off I was ok with it.
Just an overall great and easy experience
I hate surveys like this. I feel that they are self serving rather than an honest effort to improve service. That being said I thought that the service I received was good.

Anna was very helpful through the challenges we had when the home wasn't completed on time. She was quick to answer questions and always knew what needed to be done.
Anna was able to get my loan finalized on short notice due to multiple changes in the contract. I did not think we would make the closing, but we did. I would use Pennymac again and recommend them for sure.
It was a great experience, everyone was very helpful.
