Communications could have been better all around. Many times we received phone calls from the processor to request documents or get an update that had already been provided and thus rendered the phone call useless. The processor also frequently got information incorrect and had to be corrected. Your agents at Pennymac refused to work with the homeowners insurance company directly to get the documents pennymac was requesting until I had to involve myself in the process to demand that they work together. Kaitlyn was amazing and on top of her game. She kept us informed and up to date with everything. She went way above and beyond to get the job done and she knew that we were on a tight schedule and she was just flat out amazing. We were able to close the deal and move forward with our relocation process.

It was a really good experience work with Barry, he kept me up todate every step of the way, and when ever something was need he took the time to explain what it was if I needed clarification.
Worst experience ever. I also have no idea who the person is that you’ve asked me to rate so I rated the overall disaster of experience with pennymac. I regret being a customer for over 11 years. Horrible. Absolutely horrible. I honestly have no idea how you stay in business.

GREAT COMMUNICATION
Honestly in the beginning I was extremely disappointed in the entire process, I started with a Miraya as my loan officer and was very disappointed, then went to Mike Prude who was great, but loan processor Maria was disappointing. When Cesar took over, everything went quickly and efficiently. Kudos to Cesar!
