I felt like I was managing the loan processing team rather than the other way around. There were missing documents that were continually needed from us even after we uploaded. Our closing date was missed because of a lack of communication and urgency from the PennyMac team. It was exhausting and incredibly stressful to get over the finish line.
Communicate well understand when issued and other conflicts were procedures smooth and relief after learn were care.
Everything was great
Communication was clear and prompt; any questions we had we answered right away. Everyone we spoke to was friendly and helpful.
Gary was very helpful through a difficult application process. While have my concerns with the process Barry we swccwptuonal.
Considering home buying is one of the biggest purchases of a person life it was important that I felt like I had a team that would walk me through this process. I felt like I could always get a professional on the phone to help at anytime. I appreciate PennyMac for helping me find a way to get us our home!
