Process was easy. I have been slammed at work and then PennyMac team took care of everything and walked me through how to do my part.
Refinance was quick and rates were ok. Everyone that works with penny mac is informative and super helpful.

Great experience with PennyMax from start to the end! They delivered as promised with a great rate that they were able to get me. Anna stayed on top of the loan until the very last day and answered every question that I had.
Everything was put together very fast minus some of the paperwork redundancies. Other than that it was a great experience.
