Paulette did a fantastic job. 10/10 but the document portal was often a bit confusing and several things were either requested incorrectly or requested multiple times.
Naturally we want things to happen quicker but reality is always part of the process. Overall I am very happy with the services and I was treated with respect. I look forward to continuing my association with Penny Mac

Anna did not communicate we at all. She took days to reply and had an attitude when having to deal with our questions. We loved dealing with Bethany McMillan and Michael di Leo. We requested having Michael on our second home, but was given to Anna. All in all we are happy we have the home and the loan, just would not recommend Anna as an agent. Sorry just being honest.
The Mac team was very helpfull and in constant communication. Very friend and will to help.
