This is my third loan with Pennymac. I choose to refinance with them to be with a mortgage company that I've had a long-term good relationship with. Would definitely recommend based on the level of customer service and help throughout the loan process.
Overall satisfied with the whole process. Especially once Mr. Morrow stepped in. He really helped out a lot in comparison to the loan specialist I had to work with in the beginning.
Clear, concise, quick. Process was very easy from start to finish.
Communication was great and she was very patient.
Paulette Wiley was very courteous and very helpful. I would also like to add that Susan Aowrang was very helpful. She was the very first person I spoke with at the beginning of the process.
