It was a completely smooth and seamless process. Very prompt on getting me the answers I needed and notifying me when documents were ready for review or signing! PennyMac has exceptional customer service!
Everything was very easy👍
No communication for a week when documents needed to be submitted but noone opened the portal on my end, employment verification was drawn out and time consuming. No welcome call or weekly update calls. Closing was over 2 weeks late.
They did a good job
Rosario was on vacation the first ten days of my loan application. I’m not sure why I was paired with someone who was not available. When she came back, it often took 2+ days to get an email response. Most of my answers came from calling in and speaking to other reps. I have had a loan and a refi with penny Mac before. They were my first option this time. I was repeatedly disappointed and I’m not sure if I would recommend them anymore. I’m not sure why Rosario couldn’t help me when she was assigned to me. My only complaint is that I couldn't close sooner due to rules I'm my state but other than that everyone was great and the paperwork was clear and seamless. Thanks
