More clarity on requested documents, there were documents requested multiple times, we would upload the same document thinking we had sufficed the ask, but would have to call in regarding why our document wasn’t being accepted.

More timely communication. Member went on PTO the week we closed. The person filling in did not have any turnover and wasn't familiar with the pending issues. I was not aware the member was going on PTO until I got her out of office email notification. It was a very stressful situation not knowing what was happening with the specific situation.
