Tanairy was very professional, quick, efficient, and a great communicator. She facilitated a smooth process from end to end and closing was on time despite a scheduling issue on the seller's side. I am very happy with the level of care and service received.
Would have been better if I was considered for an assumption loan as I deserved one after bringing Lewis jones’ loan current with a $20,000 payment. Your website claims you offer assumption loans and I was awarded this house in a divorce and have been paying on it but you refused to offer that. Not to mention your staff offered next to no information regarding assumption loans. I realize you make a lot more money refinancing at a ridiculous interest rate and that’s why it didn’t happen. Process team did a great job. But not sure who is responsible for disclosure changes over 2 time with wrong info. And it is frustrating when loan officer says, I'm not sure who changed it.
