When asked for a letter to come from social security regarding my daughter receiving her income for the next 3 years, I was told that I would not be approved without it, so the next day I waited on hold with SS for an hour I was informed that SS does not supply that kind of information only the verification letter which I already submitted I was informed that then we would not be getting the loan, at that point I requested my money back for the appraisal and then Ivonne told me she would submit the paperwork over to the unde... read more
The process was convenient, meaning I didn’t have to leave my home for closing. It was also very efficient.
Refinanced and everything was fine.
Overall, the process was quick. However, there was a snafu on my original closing date. The attorney had an outdated document and the closing had to be rescheduled to the next day. The problem was resolved and all is well.
The only reason why I gave such a high rating was because of Tynisha Robinson!! Anytime that I called there and Tynisha Robinson didn’t answer the phone and I had gotten someone else I didn’t feel like anyone cared there was a couple of times that I was just going to forget the refinance but when Tynisha Robinson would call me back she would calm me down and explain Things so that I would understand and she has such a calming Voice she she really made me feel like family
More importance of just much of my money was going to ‘paperwork’ and the wire transfer. I feel I should have shopped around with other lenders abused on what friends tell me now
