First and foremost I want to say that Tyra Nunez Martinez and John Kim were absolutely amazing. If it wasn’t for them, closing sound have been a lot more hectic them what it was. I think documents may be going through too many hands before it gets to the right person (closer). This causes a lot of stress on the client having to submit documents multiple times and/or having to make multiple phone calls.

The title service team said they were impressed that the documents were sent a week in advance and they had never experienced this before. I think that says a lot !
