The process was convenient, meaning I didn’t have to leave my home for closing. It was also very efficient.
Overall, the process was quick. However, there was a snafu on my original closing date. The attorney had an outdated document and the closing had to be rescheduled to the next day. The problem was resolved and all is well.

It felt like there were too many cooks in the kitchen. I was being requested to submit the same documents many times over. We closed later than planned (still waiting on the $1000 that was promised for closing late). During this transaction it felt everyone was blaming each other for hold up. Agents blaming agents and lenders, lending waiting on the abstracts, everything. It was just a messy transaction.
