Clear communication from 1 person. Towards the end I had to call everyday and got a different person each time. Our closing date was pushed back for an unknown reason then was pushed back up , so we closed a day later since the closing atty was no longer available. There was some good customer service reps that did all they could to help us close on time and answer our questions.
You made my experience feel very comfortable. I felt comfortable which made the whole process which is normally stressful when buying/refinancing a home ,very easy - thank you all for the way everything was handled . Thank you .

Jonathan Weiss and his supervisor, during part I of the loan process, were woefully unresponsive and failed to deliver.
Initial Home Loan Specialist was not very good however Anna was excellent and very professional.
All of the service and process was quick and easy.
