Many times I was asked for the same documents. The preapproval paperwork wasn’t reviewed properly and I had to rescan that paperwork as well. I was told inaccurate information on how to verify my employment and I figured it out that it was my wife’s employment. I was told we would close on time 48 hours before and that was not true.

I hate surveys like this. I feel that they are self serving rather than an honest effort to improve service. That being said I thought that the service I received was good.

The whole process from start to finish was smooth and quick. Pennymac and everyone involved in the whole process explained everything thoroughly and where it was easy to understand. Met our expectations and beyond. Very pleasant to deal with in all aspects of each step, always available to answer any questions or concerns we may have. Very accommodating in every way.

Anna was able to get my loan finalized on short notice due to multiple changes in the contract. I did not think we would make the closing, but we did. I would use Pennymac again and recommend them for sure.
