Customer service experience from the beginning of the process to the end was consistent no matter who I spoke with.
There was a handful of things I was unsure about the entire time, like what exactly was needed of me... also questions that were email and never replied to... an entire document was missing from my closing and I had to meet up again... I love Pennymac but this was a process!
