The reps at pennymac were very clear on what was needed and how long things would take. They even had all the documents ready and approved before the closing date that was on our contract so we were able to close a week early! Very pleased with our experience! This is the second time we have used pennymac for our home loans (we own 2 homes) and we would highly recommend them to friends and family!

Sandra presented intelligence and knowledgeable to answer inquiries as well as move the process meticulously to completion. Sandra unselfishly took time out to update us on a weekly basis.
