We love pennymac, this is the 2nd time using them and I don’t think we’ll ever choose another company to work with. I love being able to work solely online with them and they’re always available via email or call which is so convenient for our busy lifestyle!! Thanks again!
It was not made clear the expense we were paying to receive the rate quoted to us. By the time we figured it out on our own we did not feel it would be the right decision to no longer go through with it but had we known sooner we may have changed our minds. It felt like hidden information to trick us into going through with the refinance.
