I got verbal confirmation on Rate and Points before and after Locking the rate. After waiting 5 days I got Multiple incorrect Closing disclosures with different fees and points. Fees and points were changed on my Closing disclosures after locking my rate. Very slow to answer, nor the loan officer or processor answered the phone. I had to escalate, call managers and get updates of the process via support agent.

The communication between team members were not consistent. Everyone was not on the same page. Documents were repeatedly submitted over and over.
