I got verbal confirmation on Rate and Points before and after Locking the rate. After waiting 5 days I got Multiple incorrect Closing disclosures with different fees and points. Fees and points were changed on my Closing disclosures after locking my rate. Very slow to answer, nor the loan officer or processor answered the phone. I had to escalate, call managers and get updates of the process via support agent.

Everything was well organized and ready when it was supposed to be. No issues during closing and it was much quicker than I had expected.

I did not have much interaction with Rosario as she was out of the office for most of my timeline. However I had major issues towards the end of the process and no one was getting back to me. I almost changed lenders 5 days before my closing date, that is how frustrating it was. I am completely disappointed in PennyMac and the service I received!
James was given a contract that had a 2000 credit from the buying agent. He lost it..when the new one was supplied; James failed to update my contract. I was late and needed an extension. This cost me an additional $1800. I called and another agent who was supposed to "look into applying additional credit to make up for the mistake". That never happened. So no I'm not happy with the outcome. PennyMac cost me an additional $4000 out of pocket. I still have repairs to make and now no money for it. I have a broken air... read more
