Great staff
From the first point of contact all the way to the closing I was blown away at how I was treated and how transparent all associates were regarding the process and expectations. Our closing was even way earlier than expected and we received funds within a week which was more than generous. We appreciate all of the associates that assisted us during the refinance process. Brittany was very good to work with. There was a hiccup with the final acceptance: we got conflicting reports on when we'd made it to the final approval stage. At one point, we got notification we were approved and we could scheduled the closing; it was two weeks before that information was hammered out and the closing was scheduled. It took nearly 2 months -- part of that was because our roof needed repair -- which I told the loan office initially was part of the reason we wanted money -- but we had to get it repaired b... read more
Grace did a decent job as our loan processor, but I feel that she was up against forces beyond her control. My issues come down to a number of points: 1. I was asked for documents multiple times, or asked for information that had already been supplied via other means (ie loan application, documents provided to the loan officer, etc). 2. Sometimes after submitting a document, I would get a message a week later that something on the document was incorrect (a missing signature, etc) or that further information was needed.
