We were under the impression that our debt was going to be paid and the remaining deposited into our account. The remaining was deposited, but instead of paying debt directly, checks are being sent to us. And in addition to that, they are late with the mail service, which ultimately is accruing more time and fees.
Great customer service..speedy response times and accurate.
Communication and explanation of processes were great. The PMAC APP and uploader link was easy and convenient to upload requested documents. Thank you again!
